Clarity
Clarity is vital.Recently I went in for an eye exam and found that my prescription needed to be updated. I didn't realize it, but there was a difference between my current level of clarity and what I could experience with some new lenses.Life and leadership are like that.We often have to push to find clarity. Clarity rarely surfaces on accident. We get comfortable with what we currently see and how we see it, not realizing that there is something else available.
Clarity is worth the work - keep pushing for it.
Clarity brings confidence.Clarity brings new conviction.Clarity increases traction and momentum. When we lack clarity, it is easy to slip into maintenance mode. We settle for the status quo, instead of pushing ahead toward the mission and the vision that God has given us.
"Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known."- Jeremiah 33:3
The good news is that Jesus has the clarity that you are looking for and that you desire. No matter if it is in your work, your relationships, in your leadership or in your dreams, God is not lacking in clarity.Clarity is worth it. Keep pushing for it!
